1. What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept all payments via PayPal.

CREDIT CARD CUSTOMERS – You do not need a Paypal account to pay for your order through Paypal. Simply follow checkout process and choose “pay with credit card” once you on Paypal site

2. Do you charge sales tax?

6% sales tax will be added to orders shipped to Vermont residents.

3. How long does it take for my jewelry to be shipped?

Due to the handmade nature of my jewelry, please allow about 3-4 weeks for me to fill your order! You will be notified via email when your order ships.

4. What are my shipping options?

You have the following shipping options:

DOMESTIC

USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days delivery) – $6.50 flat rate includes tracking and includes Delivery Confirmation.
USPS Priority Express Mail – (1-2 business days delivery) – $25 flat rate includes tracking, Delivery Confirmation and $100 in insurance coverage

*please note Express mail will only speed up delivery time, not the production time. If you wish to rush your order please add to your shopping cart “rush my order” fee; $50

I strongly recommend adding Shipping Insurance with Signature Confirmation – $6 flat rate fee – domestic orders ONLY (Available in your shopping cart or under “Services”)

INTERNATIONAL

USPS Priority International (6-10 business days) – $30 flat rate DOES NOT include tracking, DOES NOT include insurance
USPS Express International (3-10 business days, delivery time very by country) – $50 flat rate, includes tracking and insurance up to $200
Please be aware of any VATs, tarrifs and any taxes charged by your country for packages received. These are your responsibility

5. Do you ship to international locations?

6. I didn’t get my order email or my tracking number email from paypal, what do I do?

Check your spam folder and your Paypal registered email address, PayPal will only send the tracking information to that email, not the one you placed your order with.

7. What happens if my package is lost or damaged?

I strongly recommend adding Shipping Insurance with Signature Confirmation – $6 flat rate fee – domestic orders ONLY (Available in your shopping cart or under “Services”)

8. I need my order rushed, what are my options?


Rush processing is available for an additional fee of $50. Your order will ship within 48 hours. You can find under “Rush My Order” option in your shopping cart upon checkout.

***Please note “Rush My Order” does not include overnight shipping. Please make sure you select your shipping option accordingly.***

9. Do you gift wrap?


Yes I do. I wrap the jewelry in a little kraft jewelry box made of 80% recycled materials branded with my logo. I attach a small plastic zip-lock bag for storing your jewelry to prevent tarnish. If you buy one item it comes gift wrapped. If you buy more than one item and would like separate gift boxes, you need to select gift wrapping for each individual piece of jewelry BEFORE adding to your shopping cart.

10. How do you package jewelry?

Jewelry is shipped in jewelry boxes, wrapped in tissue paper. I attach a small plastic zip-lock bag for storing your jewelry to prevent tarnish. We do not ship and invoice or a receipt on domestic orders to save paper. The jewelry is sent in bubble mailer small enough to fit in most mail boxes and through most mail slots.

11. How do I clean my jewelry?

12. I have a metal allergy. Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?


All the metals we use are hypoallergenic, nickel-free, and lead free.

13. What is gold fill?


Gold fill is created by bonding a thin layer of gold to a thicker core of brass, which itself is an alloy of copper and zinc. Typically, 14K gold (14 karats, the standard for jewelry) is used for the thin layer of gold.

14. Can I cancel my order?

All jewelry is made to order. If you need to cancel your order you must do so within 24 hours from placing your order. For RUSH ORDERS you must contact me within 1 hour from placing your order. To cancel please contact me via my contact page, thank you!

15. Do you offer exchanges?

Exchanges are available for most items except personalized jewelry. You must contact me within 48 hours of receiving your item if you wish to exchange it.
Exchanged items will incur additional shipping charges. Items must be unworn and returned within 3 days in their original packaging.

IMPORTANT- Please note I can NOT accept exchanges for custom made rings, bangle bracelets and custom made personalized necklaces – please make sure you know your size before you place the order.

**Please note due to health code concerns earrings can not be returned/exchanged.

16. Do you offer refunds?

Due to the handmade nature of my business, I do not offer refunds unless there is an error on my part or if an item is faulty. In this case please contact me within 2 days of receipt for a refund, exchange or store credit. Custom orders including bulk bridal orders, sale/clearance items and pieces that you have requested me to adjust or make changes to are not returnable or exchangeable.

IMPORTANT: Please note my jewelry is delicate and dainty so make sure you read the item descriptions very carefully before purchasing. Please be aware that the photos may make the items larger than they really appear. Please contact me if you have any questions about the size of any item.

17. How do I return ship my jewelry?

Please use a padded envelope or box to make your return. Please insure your return. I am not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping.

18. The necklace i ordered is too short for me, what are my options?

As my personalized necklaces are not exchangeable, I can not offer and exchange free of charge. I can resize your necklace, the fee will be 70% of the cost of a new necklace. Please contact me directly. You can also purchase the chain extender. You will find it located in the Accessories section of my jewelry shop.

19. Do you repair broken jewelry?

I will repair damaged or broken pieces within 30 days of receipt of order. All parts must be returned to me in adequate shipping protection. After 30 days, a small repair fee may apply and there will be additional shipping charges. If the item was faulty I will repair it and pay for the return postage.

20. Privacy Policy

Gosia Meyer Jewelry is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. Under absolutely no circumstances will we sell, loan, rent, trade, or release your name, address, email address or any other personal information to a third party.
