We accept all credit card payments. All payments are accepted via PayPal. Credit Card Customers do not need a Paypal account to pay for your order through Paypal. Simply follow the checkout process and choose “pay with credit card” once you on Paypal site.
DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
6% sales tax will be added to orders shipped to Vermont residents.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY JEWELRY TO BE SHIPPED?
Due to the handmade, made-to-order nature of my jewelry, orders usually take about 10 business days to process and produce, but production time typically increases during sales and holidays. Please keep in mind that I am a small business and create everything by hand, just for you! You will be notified via email when your order ships.
DO YOU OFFER RUSH SERVICES?
We do! Rush Service is for any customer who would like their order made faster than our regular turn-around time. With rush service we will have your jewelry made within 2 business days vs 4-10 business days. The fee is $30 for one item, $5 for each additional piece. You can add it to your shopping cart. This does NOT include shipping time so please be sure to select EXPRESS shipping upon checkout.
To be fair to all our customers – we don’t allow any customer to ‘jump the queue’. Instead, if you need your order faster than normal, we actually work overtime hours to get it done.

I strongly suggest selecting Priority/Insured Shipping. Gosia Meyer Jewelry is not liable for any lost or stolen packages during transit and it is the customers responsibility to contact the post office if a package goes missing or arrives damaged
Please be aware of any VATs, tariffs, and any taxes charged by your country for packages received. These are the customer’s responsibility.
We do NOT issue refunds for unclaimed and returned to us international packages. Buyer is responsible to cover shipping charges to re-send unclaimed package.
MY PACKAGE GOT LOST
If your package is lost in transit, please contact your local Postal Service. If you purchased Priority/Insured shipping you can file a claim with USPS, so they can begin the attempt to recover or refund you for the lost package. Rush processing is available for an additional fee of $30. Your order will ship within 48 hours. You can find “Rush Processing” link in each listing at the bottom of the page option in your shopping cart upon checkout.

DO YOU GIFT WRAP?
Yes we do! We wrap the jewelry in a small craft jewelry box made of 80% recycled materials branded with the Gosia Meyer logo. I attach a small, plastic zip-lock bag for storing your jewelry to prevent tarnish. If you buy one item it comes gift wrapped. If you buy more than one item and would like separate gift boxes, you need to select gift wrapping for each individual piece of jewelry BEFORE adding to your shopping cart.
HOW DO YOU PACKAGE JEWELRY?
Jewelry is shipped in jewelry boxes, wrapped in tissue paper. I attach a small plastic zip-lock bag for storing your jewelry to prevent tarnish. We do not ship an invoice or a receipt on domestic orders to save paper. The jewelry is sent in a bubble mailer small enough to fit in most mail boxes and through most mail slots.

I HAVE A METAL ALLERGY. IS YOUR JEWELRY HYPOALLERGENIC?
All the metals we use are hypoallergenic, nickel-free, and lead free.
WHAT IS GOLD FILLED?
Gold fill is created by bonding a thin layer of gold to a thicker core of brass, which itself is an alloy of copper and zinc. Typically, 14K gold (14 karats, the standard for jewelry) is used for the thin layer of gold.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
All jewelry is made to order. If you need to cancel your order you must do so within 24 hours from placing your order. For RUSH ORDERS you must contact me within 1 hour from placing your order. To cancel please contact me via my contact page, thank you!
DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
Exchanges are available for most items except personalized jewelry. You must contact me within 48 hours of receiving your item if you wish to exchange it.
Exchanged items will incur additional shipping charges. Items must be unworn and returned within 3 days in their original packaging.
IMPORTANT- Please note I CANNOT accept exchanges for custom made rings, bangle bracelets and custom-made personalized necklaces – please make sure you know your size before you place the order.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
Due to the handmade, made-to-order nature of my business, I do not offer refunds unless there is an error on my part or if an item is faulty. In this case please contact me within 2 days of receipt for a refund, exchange or store credit. Custom orders including bulk bridal orders, sale/clearance items and pieces that you have requested me to adjust or make changes to are not returnable or exchangeable.
IMPORTANT: Please note: My jewelry is delicate and dainty. Make sure you read the item descriptions very carefully before purchasing. Please be aware that the photos may make the items larger than they really appear. Please contact me if you have any questions about the size of any item.
HOW DO I RETURN MY JEWELRY FOR AN EXCHANGE?
Please fill out the exchange form to begin the process.
When sending your item back to me, please use a padded envelope or box to make your return. Please insure your return. I am not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping.
THE NECKLACE I ORDERED IS TOO SHORT FOR ME, WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?
As my personalized necklaces are not exchangeable, I can not offer and exchange free of charge. I can resize your necklace, the fee will be $20 plus the price difference of the longer necklace plus shipping charges. Please contact me directly at info @gosiameyerjewelry.com. You can also purchase the chain extender. You will find it in the ‘Accessories’ section of my jewelry shop.
CHAINS IN MY LAYERED NECKLACE ARE GETTING TANGLED WHILE WEARING
Unfortunately there is no real trick for keeping the chains from twisting. Simply run your fingers through the chains every-now-and-then to keep them from twisting
DO YOU REPAIR BROKEN JEWELRY?
I will repair damaged or broken pieces within 30 days of receipt of order. All parts must be returned to me in adequate shipping protection. After 30 days, a small repair fee may apply and there will be additional shipping charges. If the item was faulty I will repair it and pay for the return postage.
